WHEN WILL I RECIEVE MY ITEM?

Once payment has been made, items will be delivered by Australia Post between 3-5 business days (within Australia) and generally between 1-2 weeks (outside Australia). Packages may be subject to delays and additional imposts upon entering international countries outside of Australia. We are not accountable for any delays or extra charges imposed by customs and duty officers.

WHAT MATERIALS ARE YOUR POUCHES MADE OUT OF?

We use Saffiano leather which is a top grade leather known generally to be water and scratch resistant.

WHAT MATERIALS DO YOU USE FOR YOUR BABY BAGS?

Again, we use top quality nylon which is meant to endure all elements and excessive use.

WHAT IF THE ITEM I WANT IS OUT OF STOCK?

We try and keep up with supply and demand but some of the more popular colours may sell out faster. We constantly restock our products and will notify you by email when the item on your wish list is back in stock so you won’t miss out.

EMBOSSING

WHAT COLOURS CAN YOU MONOGRAM IN?

We only monogram in gold or we offer blind embossing (where an imprint is made but no colour is pressed onto the leather).

WHAT FONT DO YOU USE WHEN MONOGRAMMING?

Font is in Times New Roman and you are able to select the size of your font from 10pt, 18pt, 24pt and 30pt.

HOW MANY LETTERS CAN I HAVE MONOGRAMMED?

We offer free embossing of initials only. Extra charges will be applied for embossing complete names and/or words.

All our products are of the highest quality. We do not offer returns or refunds on any items that have been personalised unless the item is faulty. Please contact us if your item is faulty and we will endeavour to rectify the problem at no cost.
