Are your handbags authentic?

Absolutely! We utilize a company called Entrupy, that specializes in authentication of luxury items. Entrupy combines both AI software and professional authenticators to review each item. By using an objective, scientifically-proven approach, this service ensures that your purchase has been certified as authentic. Multiple factors are taken into consideration, including--but not limited to--stitching, certificates, serial numbers, date codes, hardware, style number, quality, and other unique identifiers. Additionally, Entrupy offers a financial guarantee on all items that it verifies as "authentic". We offer this entire service at no cost to you in hopes that you can buy with confidence! Can I return or cancel my order?

The Bag Collective LLC does not offer Exchanges, Returns, or Refunds of any kind on any items offered for sale in our store.

Please inspect all items carefully before purchasing them. Most items are gently used and have normal wear. We take pride in full transparency of all handbags and fully disclose any imperfections.

When will my order be shipped?

Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed for shipping. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS. All domestic shipping is free, which will include a signature confirmation upon delivery. At this time, we do not ship anywhere outside of the US.

Can I pick up my item locally?

Yes! You may pick up your item in Frisco, Texas. Pick up is available by appointment only. Once you receive a confirmation of your order, please email us at info@thebagcollective.com within 24 hrs to make an appointment and wait for confirmation to ensure someone is available to deliver your order. 

How can I tell the item condition?

We strive to be as detailed as possible when describing our products. We are happy to provide additional information and/or pictures upon request emailing us at info@thebagcollective.com. Please keep in mind, we specialize in pre-loved designer handbags which can range from “New” to “Flawed” condition. The guide is as follows:

New
Item appears unused. May contain faint signs of wear due to environmental conditions.
Excellent
Item is clean and contains very little wear. Any notable flaws or signs of wear are stated in the listing.
Very Good
Item shows some wear and signs of previous use, but still has a lot of life in it. Slightly worn corners, creases in leather, and tarnished hardware may be visible. Any notable flaws or signs of wear are stated in the listing.
Good
Item does show moderate signs of prior use. Surface scratches, slight darkening in handles, and other indications of wear may be visible. Such signs of wear or imperfections will be noted in the listing.
Fair
Item will have noticeable signs of wear such as well scuffed edges or significant scratches. Please read the condition notes in the listing and inspect photos before purchasing. Fair condition items often present our customers with the greatest opportunity to save significantly on authentic luxury bags.
